The region’s first and best-known Bavarian-style house, from 1940. With decorations, European culture carvings and frescoes by an Italian painter.

The entire house is original, all rooms are decorated with Christmas motifs. Dining room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (where children leave their beaks/pacifiers for Santa Claus), post office and stuffed animals room.
