”Excellence” is the watchword for Afternoon Tea, a tradition that began as room service at the Hotel Ritta Höppner and that 13 years ago became a ritual in the salons. This evolution was due to Adriana Höppner’s specialization in Switzerland and England. Since then, the preparation of sweets and snacks has become artisanal, in the kitchen, under her supervision.
The menu served in the ”tower” varies each day of the week, but always combining the flavors of tartlets with the wide variety of sweet and savory snacks. Teas, coffees and chocolates accompany waffles, jams and the traditional apfelstrudel. Daily from 4pm to 6pm.
Value per person: R$68.00 + 10% service charge.
