Jolimont Winery

1:30 hour – visitation and tasting

Leaving Gramado we head to Canela where we will visit the Jolimont Winery. Arriving at Morro Calçado (Calced Hill) you will be dazzled by an unforgettable view chosen by the Frenchman Brierre, remembering his hometown in France. He arrived with the hope of a new life and his vine seedlings, with which he started the Jolimont Winery.

A toast glass is included in the visitation.

Casa colonial

30 minutes – visitation and tasting

With its own production of sausages such as salami, lean cheeses, and seasoned cheeses, you will find everything direct from the producer at cost price and with great quality, since they are all fresh products produced by hand on the family’s property.

Mundo Gelado/Capitão Jack

45 minutes

An icy attraction in Canela is the Mundo Gelado (Frozen World) theme park, an ice cave with temperatures of -20ºc all year round, will make you feel as if you were in an igloo at the South Pole. The cave has 140 square meters, 40 meters long and 2.40 high, and still allows a visitation to more than 500 original pieces from the last century with miniature replicas of ships, airplanes, armored cars from World War II.

Aerial Bondinhos of the Cascata do Caracol

A pioneer attraction in the Serra Gaúcha, the cable cars have been delighting tourists and the community for almost a decade. Located in the city of Canela, it has three beautiful stations inserted in the middle of the exuberant nature, among mountains and valleys, with a unique and totally privileged view of the Caracol Cascade.

Canela’s Mother Church

15 minutes

Nossa Senhora de Lourdes Cathedral, today better known as Catedral de Pedra (Cathedral of Stone) is a grandiose and imposing construction in gothic style. Located in the center of the city of Canela, it is seen and admired from afar. Canela’s Stone Cathedral was elected one of the seven wonders of Brazil in 2010.

Canela’s Fields Theme Park

20 minutes

Ambitious and challenging, this is how the project that gives life to the newest development and tourist spot located in the heart of Canela can be defined. In order to preserve the origins and keep the city’s identity alive, the revitalization of Canela’s old railway station was carried out. A historic la meuse locomotive and the railway station totally dynamic with the new largo benito urbani and Canela’s unprecedented covered street.

Handmade Chocolate Factory

45 minutes

At the homemade chocolate factory, besides visiting and seeing our production of chocolates with unique quality, to satisfy the most refined palates and with much more chocolate, you can still visit the on-site store and delight yourself with the most varied products.

Churrascaria Garfo e Bombacha

Lunch time 1 hour

A delicious lunch already included in the itinerary, where you serve the hot dishes, desserts, salads and the meat you choose directly on the grill, including the ribs in the ditch with 12 hours to roast, a differential in the gaucho gastronomy.
