The Garfo e Bombacha steakhouse offers the best 12-hour rib roast, truly gaucho, roasted in the ditch, accompanied by typical gaucho dishes with lamb, arroz carreteiro, filet mignon, xixo (a type of skewer), garlic bread, several salads, fried polenta, and coalho cheese.

The steakhouse can hold up to 900 people and has ample space for parking cars, vans, and buses. The environment has several TV’s distributed throughout the hall, which facilitate the viewing of the show, and rooms for mateada (tea party), with typical decoration, and a gaucho-style pharmacy.

Throughout its 25 years of history, the Garfo e Bombacha steakhouse opens daily, at lunchtime, and at night it offers artistic presentations such as the Gaucho Night, in high season: on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and in low season: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
