Normélio Ravanello and his wife Rosa Maria started, in 2005, the winemaking enterprise in the property acquired in 1987. Vinification at the Ravanello Winery began in February 2010.

All wines (red, white and sparkling wine bases) are made in special tanks, under automated controls. With controls to ensure the highest possible product quality.

In the vineyards that are produced by themselves, technicians rigorously follow the production cycle of the grapes. Technicians from the winery follow the grapes throughout the entire production cycle. Because of the pandemic, the operation of the site was changed: visitation is by appointment only.
