Mamma Mia is an Italian expression that shows admiration and delight, and it was this name that brought inspiration to the 11-year-old boy who wanted to build his own business, Julinho Cavichioni.

The restaurant’s menu was born out of weekend lunches with the family, a family of Italian immigrants. In these lunches, one could not miss the galets, the fried polenta rectangles, the fresh pasta, and the Radicci salad. With seasoning created at home together with the father, the Mamma Mia’s roasted chicken soon conquered the region’s public and tourists.
